WATER SHORTAGE
RESPONSE PLAN |

Recently enacted rules governing water use during droughts and water
supply emergencies (15A NCAC 02E .607) require water systems that
have to prepare a Local Water Supply Plan to create a Water Shortage
Response Plan that is compliant with the State guide lines of the
above reference NC Administrative Code.
Please review the plans listed below and submit written comments to
Ken Flatt, Dare County Utilities Director, 600 Mustian Street, Kill
Devil Hills, NC 27948 by November 30, 2010.
