Dare County’s current tax software provides taxing services with the Dare County Tax Bill file. The tax bill file is updated weekly. This standard bill file is provided with the import/submission file description layout included in the corresponding table.

The Munis export tax bill file layout is also provided at the bottom of the page.  When downloading this file for mortgage tax bill payments make sure that you have the most current/recent file available to avoid duplication of payments and refund checks.  The following files can be downloaded as needed:
