Facility & Usage Fees

+25% of charged admission & sales +$15/hr for staff person

$35/hr + 25% of charged admission & sales +$15/hr for staff person
Bleacher Rental – 250 seating $75/day
All others $15/day
Additional charges may also apply which will be assessed before confirmed facility use agreement is signed by both parties. (i.e. security deposit)
Rules & Regulations:
  1. NO alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere on property. The person or organization will be responsible to enforce the rules and regulations. Permit will be revoked if alcoholic beverages are on premises.
  2. Request to reserve fields will be processed through the Parks and Recreation office. A facility use agreement must be filled out and signed.
  3. Rental fees are to be paid 2 weeks prior to the date of rental unless otherwise negotiated
  4. Groups renting the fields/facilities are responsible for adhering to the pre-signed expectations before receiving security deposit back.
  5. It may be necessary to show proof of proper insurance coverage before a signed agreement is allowed.
